Overall not too bad

The location. The swimming pool.

I have stayed at this property quite a few times in the past and always enjoyed it. I understand a lot of businesses are getting over Covid but for what they charge is a little bit to much. The rooms do need a bit of freshening up. The prices at the pool side bar are a little expensive.

Have stayed there in the past I think they need to update the rooms especially the mattress Starting to look a bit tired also updating there linen - sheets and towels

Rock hard mattress

The location is great and it’s one of the few hotels I’ve found with a decent size refrigerator

The shower was moldy and never fixed after several complaints. Small insect infestation and never fixed after several complaints and a video showing the insects. There’s a general lack of maintenance. Burned out lights, drawer pulls coming off. But the number one complaint I have is the extremely hard mattress. An attempt was made by hotel service to help the situation with a mattress pay but it didn’t help. Hotels are for relaxing and to have a place to sleep. When the hotel provides guests with mattresses almost as hard as the floor I think the miss the point.

Not worth the price

Location, swimming pool and the attitude of the reception staff

The A/C is not cooling good, the furniture is old, the lighting is poor in the room and bad in the bathroom for shaving, the shower is fixed to the wall whereby the water direction is horizontal, still using old style key system, not allowed for late check out AT ALL....!! and overall there are difficulties in English communication with most of the staff especially if you have to explain matters and issues related to the room or the bathroom....

Housekeeping was not always cleaning the room very good.

Housekeeping was not always cleaning the room very good. One they removed the bath mat and they didn't replace it. Sometimes they didn't remove the trash.

Location is very central and on a quiet Soi close to the Beach Road. Good size rooms and bathroom with walk in shower.

I selected this Hotel for its location, gym and rooftop pool, unfortunately on check-in I was informed the pool was under maintenance for the duration of my stay. The wifi signal in the room (4th floor) was very poor. Both of above made for a disappointing stay.

Clean and quite room with comfortable king size bed. Hotel is on quite street soi 10, very close to beach and all other actions Fast check in and check out. Reached hotel at 10:30 and was provided room immediately. Professional staff, welcome you with smile and drink. Staff call you for confirmation when your guest leaving hotel

The location and the rooms were good

The check in process was slow even after placing the early check in process the front desk dint help though we had 4 rooms booked , we requested 2 rooms early but the front desk dint help and have us the room only at 1:30...

Good Location

Chose this hotel due to the location basically in the middle of every thing, hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Good size rooms with a large fridge and the bathroom had a shower and separate bath tub, staff were nice and helpful
